Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard premises in Hoffman Estates, IL, performing 2nd shift patrols, controlling access, and providing excellent customer service.

You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, observe and report suspicious activity, and respond to incidents to maintain safety and order.

Responsibilities

• 2nd shift Vehicle Patrol and Foot Patrol
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Assist with directions and general business information as needed.
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity.
• Conduct extensive patrols (up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain security and order.
