Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure environment and deliver excellent customer service while controlling access and patrolling the premises.

You will perform vigilant rounds, observe for suspicious activity, and respond to incidents as required. This role offers varied shifts and opportunities for growth, with benefits including health and PTO.

Responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd shift front lobby , Command Center and concierge support.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Assist with directions and general business information as needed.
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity.
• Conduct extensive patrols (up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain security and order.
