Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment, provide excellent customer service, and manage access and patrols across the premises.

Responsibilities

• Industrial guard shack, access control at front gate.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Assist with directions and general business information as needed.
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity.
• Conduct extensive patrols (up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management review.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain security and order.

Summary
