Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is seeking a part-time Security Officer to help ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience at our entertainment venue in Houston. You will be part of a vibrant team and play a key role in guest safety and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking identifications, monitoring alcohol service, diffusing situations, and assisting guests as needed. Evening and weekend shifts available; walk-and-stand throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role preferred.
• A passion for guest service and hospitality.
• Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable).

Security Officers help to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience to remember.

A SECURITY OFFICER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced
• Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s safety policies and procedures
• Assists with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits
• Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity
• Assist and direct guests as needed
