Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Security Officer in Seattle to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience. You will greet guests, monitor ID checks, and enforce venue safety procedures while supporting responsible alcohol service and incident avoidance.

The role emphasizes guest service, hospitality, and quick resolution of conflicts within a dynamic entertainment environment. Part-time hours include evening and night shifts, with weekend availability and access to venue

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing security roles preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to enforce venue safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced
• Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s safety policies and procedures
• Assist with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits
• Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity
• Assist and direct guests as needed
• Communicates potential guest service issues to management team

WHAT OUR SECURITY OFFICERS DO

Security Officers help to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience to remember.

A SECURITY OFFICER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced
• Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s safety policies and procedures
• Assists with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits
• Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity
• Assist and direct guests as needed
• Communicates potential guest service issues to management team

WHAT IT TAKES

• 2+ years in a similar role preferred
• A passion for guest service and hospitality
• Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable)
