Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Boston is seeking a part-time Security Officer to help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for guests at our entertainment venue. You will be a welcoming presence, monitor safety, and support our hospitality team.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar role, a passion for guest service, and any applicable background checks or security certifications. Evening and night shifts may be available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner.
• Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced.
• Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits.
• Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity.
• Assist and direct guests as needed.
• Communicates potential guest service issues to management team.

WHAT OUR SECURITY OFFICERS DO

Security Officers help to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience to remember.

A SECURITY OFFICER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced
• Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s safety policies and procedures
• Assists with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits
• Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity
• Assist and direct guests as needed
• Communicates potential guest service issues to management team

The pay rate for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
