Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time Security Officer to help ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at our Greensboro venue. You will greet guests, check IDs, enforce safety policies, monitor alcohol service, and swiftly diffuse tense situations to protect staff and patrons.

We value a guest-service mindset, 2+ years in a similar role, and security certifications where applicable. The role offers flexible evening and weekend shifts in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role preferred.
• A passion for guest service and hospitality.
• Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner.
• Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced.
• Ensure guests adhere to the venue's safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with monitoring alcohol service and guest limits.
• Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity.
• Assist and direct guests as needed.
• Communicates potential guest service issues to management.

Security Officers help to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience to remember.

A SECURITY OFFICER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced
• Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s safety policies and procedures
• Assists with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits
• Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity
• Assist and direct guests as needed
• Communicates potential guest service issues to management team

WHAT IT TAKES

• 2+ years in a similar role preferred
• A passion for guest service and hospitality
• Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable)
