Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring Servers to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced entertainment environment. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and help guests enjoy a memorable visit while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

Roles include both part-time and full-time opportunities. Training is provided, with perks beginning on day one and opportunities to learn across a dynamic entertainment platform.

Qualifications

• Must pass TIPs training and Food Handlers training within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled in high school.
• Preferred: Previous serving or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Welcome Guests and ensure they are comfortable.
• Engage with Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.
• Adhere to state liquor laws and park policies when serving alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure proper cash handling in accordance with company policy.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support food and beverage operations.

A SERVER'S DAY-TO-DAY

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment whereyou'llwalk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with someassistance.You'llwork outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
