Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a part-time Security Officer to help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests across our bowling and entertainment venues.

You will greet guests, check IDs, monitor alcohol service, diffuse incidents, and assist and direct guests as needed. Evening and night shifts on weekends are required; 18+ age; benefits and incentives available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role preferred
• A passion for guest service and hospitality
• Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable)

Security Officers help to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience to remember.

A SECURITY OFFICER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced
• Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s safety policies and procedures
• Assists with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits
• Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity
• Assist and direct guests as needed
• Communicates potential guest service issues to management team

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr
