Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming casino environment. You will protect assets, enforce policies and gaming regulations, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and integrity.
You will perform patrols, control access, report disturbances, assist during emergencies, and communicate effectively across dispatch systems. A Nebraska Gaming License, HS diploma, and strong communication are required.

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and team members throughout the casino property. This role protects company assets, enforces policies and gaming regulations, responds to incidents, and provides exceptional guest service while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
HS Diploma or GED required
Ability tomaintain extremelyconfidential information
General familiarity with investigative procedures
Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers,guestsand vendors
Ability to compose clear,accurate, and concise reports
Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
Flexible to work various shifts to include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to be CPR Certified
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
Able to run to respond to emergencies including up and down stairs
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
Must have manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
Ability to simultaneously manage several projects
Must be able to work in an environment subject to variable temperatures,bright flashing lights,and loud noise
