Parx Casino in Bucks County, PA seeks Security Officers to protect guests, employees and assets. You will monitor access, patrol the property, and respond to incidents in coordination with Surveillance and local authorities.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, excellent customer service, and the ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. This role supports a safe, welcoming casino environment.

• Open Microsoft Edge app.
• Click on the More actions button in the top right corner and select Settings.
• Scroll down the settings and click on View advanced settings button.
• Close and reopen Microsoft Edge.
• Click the Customize and control icon in the top right
• Select Settings
• Select Show advanced settings
• Under Privacy, click on Content settings
• Enter the website's address greenracing.atsondemand.com and select Allow
• Click Done

Provides exceptional and complete customer service, whileensuring the security, safety and well-being of Parx Casinocustomers, employees, and assets. Adheres to all Parx Casino serviceand operating standards, and fully complies with federal, state, andlocal regulations.

• Acts as a service “ambassador” on property. Demonstrates ahigh-quality courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism at all times.
• Performs specific security duties in accordance withestablished procedures, to protect Parx Casino customers,employees, visitors, facilities, grounds, property and assets.
• Responds immediately to emergencies to give necessaryassistance to customers, employees, and to protect the company’sassets relative to fire, theft, burglary, assault, and othersecurity issues.
• Follows procedures for activities including fire prevention,traffic control, protecting and patrolling the property, andinvestigations of accidents and suspected criminal activities.
• Participates in testing and implementing emergency procedures,evacuation plans, etc. on a regular basis.
• Works in partnership with the Surveillance Department toensure protection of customers, employees, and company funds and assets.
• Prepares reports as required and directed by Security management.
• Maintains crowd control and traffic flow on and around the property.
• Handles customer complaints, and solicits the support of asupervisor as necessary.
• Develop and maintain an up-to‑date knowledge of all Companyevents and promotions and ensure Security Officers are briefed accordingly
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Must have excellentcustomer service skills, and strong teamwork skills.
• Must have ability to handle stressful, volatile situationswith poise and confidence. Must be able to run, walk, stand, bend,kneel, stretch, push, pull, lift, and carry weight for a fulleight (8) hour shift.
• Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, bothverbally and through written communications. Must be knowledgeableof state and local laws and regulations.
