Parx Casino is seeking a dedicated Slot Technician to repair and maintain slot machines on the gaming floor. You will diagnose faults, perform timely repairs, and ensure equipment operates in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a strong electronics/mechanical background, the ability to stand for long shifts, and effective communication in English. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience and/or training as a slot technician or related field.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to slot operations.

Mansioni

• Inspect and diagnose faulty slot machines and perform repairs.
• Maintain accurate repair logs and shift logs.
• Gains basic knowledge of parts ordering and stocking systems.

• Open Microsoft Edge app.
• Click on the More actions button in the top right corner and select Settings.
• Scroll down the settings and click on View advanced settings button.
• Close and reopen Microsoft Edge.
• Click the Customize and control icon in the top right
• Select Settings
• Select Show advanced settings
• Under Privacy, click on Content settings
• Enter the website's address greenracing.atsondemand.com and select Allow
• Click Done

Repairs and monitors the performance of the company’s slotmachines, and ensures that our games are operational and availablefor the customer’s enjoyment at all times. Adheres to all companyservice and operating standards. Ensures compliance with federal,state, and local regulations.

• Ensures that products on the gaming floor are in correctworking order.
• Properly diagnoses faulty equipment and makes the correct repairs.
• Consistently uses machine entry procedures to proactivelyidentify or prevent future equipment problems.
• Maintains proper documentation on repair logs, shift logs,lock and key logs, etc.
• Safely and efficiently uses equipment including hand tools,soldering tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
• Completes machine moves and other projects as assigned.
• Responds to floor calls in accordance with established standards.
• Gains a basic understanding of parts ordering and stocking systems.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Companyevents and promotions and be able to answer guests’ questions accordingly
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least six months of experience and/or training as a slottechnician or related type of experience/training. Knowledge ofdesktop publishing and graphics software.
• A strong electronics/mechanical background is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, kneel, twist, andgrip tools for a full 8 hour shift. Must be able to work allshifts, as well as weekends/holidays as required.
• Must ba able to communicate effectively in English, bothverbally and through written communications.
• Must be knowledgeable of all federal, state and localregulations relevant to slot operations.
