Securitas is hiring a Security Officer for Baxter, MN. This full-time role offers a wage of $20.00 per hour with a Thurs–Sat 1:00 PM–9:30 PM and Sun 2:00 PM–8:30 PM schedule.

The officer will monitor premises, handle access control, and patrol diverse locations to ensure safety and enforce client regulations. Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting hazards, and delivering quality customer service to employees and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above-average computer/technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance during shift.
• Professional demeanor and escalation in emergencies.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.

Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Baxter, MN

Wage: $20.00/HR

Schedule: Thurs - Sat: 1PM - 9:30PM & Sun: 2PM - 8:30PM

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
