Job summary

Golden Nugget Atlantic City is seeking a Security Officer dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities include enforcing regulations, patrolling the marina and dock areas, and preparing incident reports. Overview

The Security Officer’s main function is to provide a friendly and safe environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Patrols marina and dock areas as assigned by management.
• Stands post as assigned.
• Prepares written reports relating to any problems or incidents within the marina and dock complex.
• Maintains security and safeguards company property and assets as relates to the marina areas.
• Adheres to all established hotel policies and procedures.
• Reacts and assists on a timely basis to all emergency situations.
• Performs any additional duties as assigned by management.
