Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring for a full-time Security position in Moriarty, NM. The role involves monitoring clients' premises, enforcing procedures, and providing high-quality customer service to employees and guests.

The officer will perform patrols, manage access control, and report safety concerns. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, solid computer literacy, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security screening protocols.
• Report writing skills needed.
• De-escalation skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Wage: $17.65/HR

Day Shift: Mon - Fri: 0800 - 1630

Our Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
