Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a part-time Security Officer to protect client sites in Auxvasse, MO. The role emphasizes access control, patrolling, and incident reporting while delivering excellent customer service.

Weekends are 2 PM to 10 PM, with potential for daily tasks and shift-based responsibilities. The officer will maintain safety, observe and report hazards, and follow post orders, contributing to a secure environment for clients and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail and vigilance.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background checks).
• Open availability preferred.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control and patrol a variety of locations.

Security Officer's - Part Time

Primary Location: Auxvasse, MO
Wage: $18.50/HR
Weekends Only: 2PM - 10PM

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.


• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.


• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.


• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.


• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.


• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.


• Conduct tours of the property.


• Access control duties.


• Camera monitoring.


• Creating logs.


• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.


• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Above average computer / technology skills needed.


• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.


• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.


• Must be able to work independently.


• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.


• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.


• Must have a professional demeanor.


• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.


• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and 2 background investigations (company and client).


• Must have a strong professional appearance.


• Valid drivers license required.

• Driving record must meet company and or insurance standards.
