Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time role in Oak Creek, WI. The position offers a wage of $20.18 per hour and carries scheduled shifts Friday–Saturday 3pm–11pm and Sunday–Monday 11pm–7am.

You will engage in conflict resolution, control access points, patrol the client’s premises, and communicate effectively with staff and guests while maintaining safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma, GED or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals calmly and professionally.
• Attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with sound judgement.
• Completion of pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
