Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Security professional for a full-time role in Moriarty, NM. The position features a weekday day shift with no weekends, a wage of $17.65 per hour, and duties including access control, patrolling, and incident reporting to maintain a safe environment for client sites.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, customer service, post orders, and tours, with emphasis on vigilance, calm judgment, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security screening protocols.
• Report writing skills needed.
• De-escalation skills needed.

Our Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect
