Grand Casino Mille Lacs seeks a dedicated Security/EMT professional to protect guests and staff, while delivering exceptional service. You will respond to medical needs, enforce age-related regulations, manage incident reporting, and coordinate with departments during emergencies.

Applicants must have a high school diploma, EMT/EMR training, and pass state EMT registry exams. Prior experience in security and compliance with gaming regulations is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EMTs or EMRs must complete a nationally recognized course.
• State EMT registry examination passed.

Responsabilités

• Provide security and first aid for guests and associates.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities and events to advise guests.
• Document security/medical incidents involving guests, associates, or the facility.
• Ensure safe transport of company assets.
• Verify identification for guests under 21 to enforce gaming regulations.
• Attend to the medical needs of guests and associates.
• Inspect inventory of medical supplies and related items (oxygen, wheelchairs, first aid).
• Follow OSHA standards and fire protection/protocols; participate in inspections.
