Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to protect patrons, staff, and assets under direction of the Security Administrative Manager. The role includes responding to medical calls, maintaining confidentiality, and enforcing gaming policies.

Essential duties cover emergency medical care, incident reporting, training of junior staff, and coordination with law enforcement. The position requires EMT-1 certification, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a gaming license;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some waivers possible.
• Current EMT-1 certification required.
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or similar role preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check; gaming license required.
• Basic computer skills expected; prior casino/guest experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in security briefings and staff meetings.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide EMT-level care within scope.
• Document patient care reports accurately for each response.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and pre-hospital providers.
• Conduct CPR, First Aid, and AED instruction and maintain records.
