Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EMTs or EMRs must complete a nationally recognized course.
• State-recognized EMT course completed and EMT registry exam passed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of facilities, events and promotions to advise Guests and Associates.
• Provide information for incident reports involving Guests, Associates, or the facility.
• Ensure safe transportation of Company assets.
• Request identification from anyone under 21 to ensure gaming regulations.
• Attend to the medical needs of Guests and Associates.
• Maintain inventory of oxygen, wheelchairs, first aid supplies, and related items.
• Be familiar with OSHA standards and conduct timely inspections.
• Know the property fire protection system, alarm panel and response protocol.
