Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a dedicated security and medical response professional responsible for providing security, first aid, and emergency medical attention to protect Guests, Associates, and the facility while delivering excellent Guest Service.

The role involves enforcing age verification for gaming, reporting incidents, maintaining medical supplies, and coordinating with departments during emergencies. A High School diploma or GED and EMT/EMR credentials are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EMTs or EMRs must complete a nationally recognized course.
• State recognized EMT training completed.
• Passed a state EMT registry examination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Grand Casino facilities and events to advise Guests and Associates.
• Provide information for security/medical incident reports.
• Ensure safe transportation of company assets.
• Request identification for guests under 21 to ensure gaming regulations compliance.
• Attend to the medical needs of Guests and Associates.
• Maintain inventory of first aid supplies and related items.
• Familiar with fire protection systems, alarms, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate with departments during emergencies or urgent situations.
