Security Manager - Signia by Hilton Atlanta (Finance)

Signia by Hilton Atlanta - where charm and grace welcome the world with 4-star service throughout the 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets!

This position reports to the Director of Security and oversees 5-6 team members per shift.

The ideal candidate will have previous Hilton experience, 1-3 years of management experience in Security, strong communication skills, and experience working with MS Shift, Key Watcher, and Dorma Kaba.

Shift Pattern: Open availability, including weekends and holidays, mainly 2nd PM shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all security operations, ensuring safety for guests, staff, and property, including compliance and safety programs.
2. Manage interior and perimeter patrols to identify risks and hazards.
3. Lead investigations of incidents, thefts, and unlawful activities.
4. Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, and threats.
5. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies.
6. Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
7. Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
8. Supervise, train, and evaluate team members.
