Signia by Hilton Atlanta - a 4-star property with 976 rooms, over 140,000 sq. ft. of banquet space, and 8 F&B outlets, welcoming guests with charm and grace.

This position reports to the Director of Security and oversees 5-6 team members per shift.

The ideal candidate will have previous Hilton experience, 1-3 years of management experience in security, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MS Shift, Key Watcher, and Dorma Kab.

Shift Pattern: Open availability, mainly 2nd PM shift, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing all security operations, including safety, OSHA compliance, and safety programs.
2. Patrolling hotel interior and perimeter to identify risks.
3. Investigating incidents such as theft, accidents, and unlawful activities.
4. Responding to emergencies like fires, medical situations, and threats.
5. Coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
6. Maintaining accurate reports and documentation.
7. Handling guest inquiries courteously.
8. Monitoring and developing team performance, including scheduling, counseling, and recognition.
9. Recruiting and training security staff.
