Job summary

Mandarin Oriental New York is seeking a Security Supervisor to join our Security team in New York City. You will supervise security officers and enforce policies aligned with Mandarin Oriental guidelines and applicable regulations.

The role requires at least 5 years of supervisory hospitality experience, 2 years in a luxury market, and a Fire Safety Director certificate. We offer learning and development, MOstay, wellness programs, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum supervisory experience in hospitality.
• 2 years minimum in a luxury market.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory guidance and support to security officer colleagues.
• Mitigate emergencies and liaise with agencies or private security.
• Create a safe and secure environment through patrols and inspections on each shift.
• Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in training House Officers and disseminating information.
• Review and follow up on incident, loss, and accident reports.
