The Security Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on security systems and related equipment, including access control, cameras, alarms, and monitoring devices. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment, identifying issues, troubleshooting malfunctions, and executing repairs to ensure continuous and reliable operation. The technician will schedule and perform preventive maintenance, document work performed, and coordinate with operations, security, and facilities teams to minimize downtime and support safety and compliance. The role may also assist with system upgrades, installations, and testing, while following established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
