Job summary

Recore Electrical Contractors is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Security Sales Representative to develop new business and manage customer relationships for security and low-voltage systems. You will meet with customers, assess needs, design solutions, prepare proposals, and close projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in security or related sales, knowledge of access control, CCTV, and structured cabling, and can travel locally to client sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in security, low-voltage, electrical, telecommunications, or technology sales preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems and low-voltage technologies.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop relationships, and close sales.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and existing customer relationships.
• Meet with customers and conduct site visits to identify security and low-voltage requirements.
• Sell electronic security solutions including access control, video surveillance, and structured cabling.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, scopes of work, and presentations.
• Collaborate with customers to design cost-effective security solutions based on needs and budget.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and pursue new opportunities.
• Follow up on proposals and negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, contractors, property managers, and industry partners.
• Identify opportunities for service agreements, upgrades, expansions, and additional systems.
