Recore Electrical Contractors in the Charlotte area is seeking a skilled Low Voltage Electrician Lead Technician to join our team. You will assist and supervise technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing security, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, fiber, and network cabling systems, ensuring quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working with low voltage systems, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist our team of low voltage technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of all low voltage systems in the company's facilities.
• Assign tasks to and oversee the work of low voltage technicians.
• Train and mentor low voltage technicians.
• Ensure that all low voltage systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex low voltage problems.
• Develop and implement new low voltage system installation and maintenance procedures.
• Manage the low voltage budget.
• Work with the Low Voltage Supervisor to develop and implement new low voltage systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects.
