The position requires strong customer service, proficiency with MS Office and CCTV systems, and the ability to work independently and lead others. Weekend and night shifts are possible as business dictates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee access control, intrusion alarms, emergency phones and CCTV systems.
• Handle all incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Communicate emergency information to DC Security Operations.
• Maintain logs and ensure shift paperwork is complete and filed.
• Maintain records and manage access for the complex card system.
• Complete incident reports and escalate to management as needed.
• Notify police/fire and dispatch security during emergencies.
