Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises surveillance, alarms and CCTV; coordinates access control.
• Manages incoming telephone communications from the complex.
• Communicates emergency information to DC Security Operations.
• Maintains activity logs and files shift paperwork.
• Maintains access records for the complex card system.
• Performs security audits of CCTV and alarm systems.
• Documents Loss Prevention activities and incident reports.
• Coordinates emergency response with police and fire departments.
• Monitors Yard Management System and complex traffic.
• Assists with investigations and provides detailed info to management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
