Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or at least four years of relevant professional or military experience.
• At least two years of experience in security services, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement; Amazon operational experience may also qualify.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities and use data to determine corrective actions.
• Manage confidential investigations involving theft, fraud, workplace violence, and critical incidents.
• Prepare timely investigative and incident reports.
• Monitor security systems and operational metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between security, site leadership, vendors, and internal partners.
• Support incident‑response planning and security initiatives.
• Conduct physical-security audits and help maintain security infrastructure.
• Lead multiple high‑impact projects and deliver loss‑prevention education.
