Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks a Service Order Dispatcher to support NTCTSC at Fort Irwin, CA. This full-time, on-site role handles receptionist duties, badge issuance, security access, and incident logging to support mission-critical training operations.

You will manage visitor flow, badge logistics, and coordination with maintenance and mobile crews, ensuring security and timely communications across teams.

Qualifications

• High School / GED is required.
• Entry-level role with one year experience as receptionist or equivalent handling multiple phones.
• Military experience in the processing of work orders is desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel under OCD manager supervision.
• Inventory Escort Required Badges and ensure DA Form 1999 is signed.
• Screen visitors for proper access to the command-and-control center and issue badges.
• Maintain Range Operations and Flight Operations logs for NTCTSC personnel.
• Create, review, and search MAXIMO work orders; contact maintenance for issues.
• Draft documents in MS Word, and prepare spreadsheets and presentations.
