Holmes Security Systems is seeking motivated Outside Sales Executives to join our growing team in the New Bern/Morehead City area.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, is highly motivated, and passionate about helping customers design security and life safety solutions for homes and businesses. This role focuses on building community relationships, identifying new opportunities, and protecting what matters most.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Generate new leads and qualify prospects to exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Design and present security and life safety solutions for residential and commercial clients.
• Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain organized records of leads and prospects while managing time efficiently.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, technology, and product offerings.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to ensure success individually and as a team.
• Represent Holmes Security Systems in the community and participate in local organizations and networking opportunities.
