Job summary

Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe leads a Security Officer team to uphold guest safety and service standards at the property. The Lead Security Officer performs core security duties and supervises officers, while delivering personalized guest service aligned with Landry’s values.

The role requires strong leadership, training responsibilities, coordination with management, and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. A high school diploma and gaming license are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent English.
• Ability to supervise and train security staff.
• Proficient with Windows and Office applications.
• Must have a valid gaming license and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervise the security team.
• Assist management and train new security employees.
• Oversee administrative duties and emergency supervision.
• Deliver training to security staff and company personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies.
