Job summary

Golden Pahrump Lakeside, LLC is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the security team, enforce safety procedures, and protect guests, team members, and assets on the property. You will schedule, train, and evaluate Security Officers while maintaining compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.

The role requires guiding daily operations, handling incidents, and coordinating with department leadership to uphold high standards of protection, professionalism, and guest service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of law enforcement, military, EMT, or related experience; includes leadership or progressive responsibility in security or protective services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support training, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Familiarity with incident reporting software programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching department staff.
• Monitor daily operations to align with safety protocols and guest satisfaction goals.
• Serve as point of contact for resolving team member or guest concerns.
• Patrol casino and hotel premises to ensure safety of guests, team members, and assets.
• Escort armored car personnel around the property and secure high-risk areas.
• Respond to guest and team member incidents and incidents reports.
• Support payroll processes, scheduling adjustments, and labor compliance as directed.
