Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our Corporate Security team in Austin, TX. You will assist the Security Manager in designing, implementing, and managing physical security programs to protect people, facilities, and assets in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee daily security operations, mentor officers, and work with vendors to ensure equipment is operational. Strong project management and clear communication with senior leaders are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ years in security disciplines
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with security systems (IP-based)

Responsibilities

• Oversee security programs, protocols and policies for on-site safety
• Supervise security personnel and conduct performance reviews
• Provide technical knowledge of IP-based security systems
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to implement solutions
