Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of the onsite security team to keep facilities and employees safe and operational.
• Coordinate with Security leadership and attend meetings as needed.
• Supervise and mentor security personnel and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain and operate IP-based security systems including access control and cameras.
• Analyze incidents, make swift decisions, and implement action plans.
• Identify risks and work with internal/external teams on solutions.
• Adapt procedures to maintain a strong security posture on site.
• Communicate security priorities and direction to senior management.
