Qualifications

• Experience with ITAR regulations and export controls.
• U.S. citizenship or eligible status to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the overall strategy for site security, aligning with business objectives.
• Advise senior management through high-level briefing and effective communication.
• Establish procedures to assess and mitigate security vulnerabilities or gaps.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures by all team members.
• Identify and implement security measures, emergency plans, and access control strategies.
• Participate in groups to stay updated on security-related information.
• Maintain and assess security equipment including cameras and alarms.
• Make timely decisions in routine and crisis situations.
• Address security issues promptly and independently.
