• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to campus contacts or leadership.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain activity logs according to site procedures.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic educational location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Pay Rate: $28.35 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus community members while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to appropriate campus contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain required activity logs in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Possess supervisory experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
