Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer for perimeter assessment in South San Francisco, CA. The role offers flexible weekend shifts and a platform to claim additional hours through our Shift system.

Pay rate is $27.36 per hour. Duties include customer service, routine patrols, and quick response to alarms or incidents.

Formación

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a professional location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, respond to alarms and access-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $27.36 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
