Qualifications

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate alarms, calls, and service requests; dispatch personnel per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly; document activities and notifications.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift communications while protecting confidential information.
• Conduct regular patrols and report hazards, unusual activity, and maintenance concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, radio traffic, alarms, and service requests, dispatching appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting activities and notifications accurately.
• Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident reports, key records, and shift communications while protecting confidential information.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and the perimeter as assigned, reporting observed hazards, unusual activity, and maintenance concerns.
