Job summary

Allied Universal in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Shift Supervisor to protect a high-profile client’s facility and campus on a designated shift. You will oversee security officers, enforce post orders, and ensure safety and policy compliance while coordinating training and incident reporting.

Minimum two years’ security experience or related military/law enforcement background is required. Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills are essential for this role with benefits including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum two years of verifiable security experience or related military/police background.
• Strong customer service, communication, and reporting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate in a security leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
• Direct and instruct officers during the shift and oversee staffing.
• Coordinate training and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Monitor compliance and prepare incident reports and surveys.
• Maintain schedule efficiency and manage overtime as required.
• Lead post orders development and enhance site security measures.
