Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience supervising security teams.
• Ability to respond to incidents calmly and effectively.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Physically capable for patrols and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers and lead shift operations.
• Oversee incident response, investigations, and proper documentation.
• Monitor security systems and perform regular patrols to ensure safety.
• Coordinate posts, staffing, and reporting per hotel standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests as needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain records.
