Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Milwaukee, WI. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service while guarding people and property.

You will greet visitors, verify IDs, manage access points, and respond to incidents on a second shift schedule. Qualifications

• Must be able to walk for extended periods of time.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property
