Job summary

Digital Asset in New York City is seeking an Associate Director, Security IT Administration to lead the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our corporate IT services and infrastructure. You will oversee end-user tech, cloud environments, IAM and security programs while guiding a growing team.

This role partners with Security, Engineering and Legal, translating business needs into scalable IT solutions, and remains hands-on on critical issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT administration, infrastructure, or technology management.
• Strong hands-on experience managing a broad range of IT services and infrastructure.
• Experience managing SaaS services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, GitHub, and Atlassian.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure services such as AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT services including IAM, endpoint management, networking, DNS, email, calendaring, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the Security IT Administration team with clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manages team workload to align with business priorities and operational needs.
• Coaches team members and supports career development.
• Establishes ownership culture and continuous improvement across IT services.
• Oversees IT operating processes, documentation, service standards, and escalation paths.
• Owns delivery of IT services including end-user technology, collaboration tools, and cloud environments.
