Safe Haven Security LLC is hiring an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. This role operates in an assigned territory, working directly with prospective customers on-site to ensure proper function and customer satisfaction.

You will perform installs, engage in sales consultations, diagnose issues, test systems, educate customers, and handle paperwork while staying updated on new technologies and industry

Qualifications

• Must have basic tools and be able to install, service, and troubleshoot security systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills for on-site meetings.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions clearly.

Responsabilités

• Install security alarm systems (control panels, sensors, cameras, etc.).
• Consult with customers to recommend appropriate security solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; implement fixes.
• Test installed systems and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Educate customers on usage and operation of their systems.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
• Stay current with security technologies and industry standards.
