Safe Haven Security Services, LLC. is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will engage with customers, perform testing, and ensure optimal system performance to provide peace of mind and protection.

You will document installations, stay updated on new technologies, and participate in a fast-paced environment while delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to obtain or possess basic tools needed for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation of security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
• Engage in sales consultations with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to security alarm systems and implement solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing of installed systems to ensure proper function and adjust/repair as needed.
• Educate customers on proper use and functionality of alarm systems.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records with accuracy.
• Stay updated on knowledge of security alarm systems and industry standards.
