Qualifications

• Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security alarm systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently using problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain alarm agent permit where applicable and maintain driver’s license per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras, and related equipment.
• Conduct sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to restore proper function.
• Test installed systems and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Educate customers on system operation and best practices.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
