Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services in Oklahoma City is seeking a Project Superintendent to run day-to-day construction site operations, coordinate subcontractors, material, and equipment, and ensure work stays on schedule and within budget.

This on-site leadership role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of construction experience, strong coordination and communication, and strict safety standards adherence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Organized and analytical decision-making capabilities. Must be able to manage multiple tasks, manage deadlines and have excellent follow-up skills work manage both internal and external and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with the project manager and report daily site activities and ongoing status.
• Perform quality control duties regarding the work being performed.
• Communicate with project manager regarding RFIs and submittals.
• Ensure subcontractor is fully executing and complying with contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify safety, health and environmental non-compliance.
