Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services seeks a Security Installation Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment to meet project specs and budgets. You will oversee scheduling, inspections, quality control, safety, and daily site reporting to the project manager.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of construction experience, strong blueprint reading, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive construction experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and project coordination abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors and vendors on the critical path to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with the project manager and report daily site status.
• Perform quality control and uphold site safety standards.
• Communicate RFIs, submittals, and ASIs to the project team.
• Ensure subcontractor work complies with contracted scope and schedule.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and maintain daily logs.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and resolve on-site issues.
